I have been working with Nicholas for just over a year now since May 2023. He is a chef and has had a pretty heavy workload, working late nights of a weekend with broken training, nutrition and sleep patterns. When he came to me we adapted his training to suit his lifestyle and have seen some great results.
“Been with Haydo for a year now, really appreciated the help with nutrition and programming. Incredibly supportive and down-to-earth, with great advice.”

Awesome weekend away in Noosa completing level 1 anthro course for the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK). They only run 3 of these 3-day courses across Australia each year, so very grateful for Dr Duncan Macfarlane for hosting us within his home for the duration of the weekend.
Aside from the learnings with @isakglobal this was a great opportunity to network with some of the gents from @fijirugbyunion @redsrugby and ladies working with the @gcsuns . Enjoyed a couple of workouts at Frank’s Gym and recovery sessions at sunshine beach in warmer weather.
At 82 days out from competition, this was an opportunity to assess my body comp rigorously amongst a group of well credentialed professionals in health and performance sport. Most 8-site skin fold totals came back around 36-38 mm.
